应用流式细胞技术研究种群初始状态的变化及外源种群介入对藻类毒性效应的影响.结果表明:初始细胞密度的增加可以降低Cu^2+的毒性效应.当微囊藻初始细胞密度从10^3上升到10^5cells·ml^-1时,24hCu^2+处理后微囊藻酯酶活性的EC50值从4.4μg·l^-1上升到37μg·l^-1.而外源种群(栅藻、小球藻)的介入也可降低Cu^2+对微囊藻的毒性效应.
In this paper, the effect of initial cell status on the toxicity test of microalgae was studied by using a flow cytometry. The result showed that copper toxicity decreased with increasing in initial cell density. Copper concentrations required to inhibit esterase activity of M. aerugionosa by 50% increase (24h EC50 ) from 4. 4μg·l^-1 to 37μg·l^-1 as the initial cell density increased from 10^3 to 10^5 cells · ml^-1 In addition, copper toxicity also decreased when foreign algae populations were added.
