利用Asominori为母本,IR24为父本配制杂交组合,各代用单粒传法获得的稳定、性状差异较大71个家系的重组自交系群体为研究材料。在贵州省热量条件不同的2个不生态环境分别对RIL群体碾磨品质性状以及糙米率、整精米率进行QTL分析,结果表明μ稻米碾磨品质是由多个QTL控制的,且易受环境的影响,无论是糙米率、整精米率都与环境有较大影响:该研究检测到第2染色体G1185-C1236区段内存在同时控制糙米率(BR)和精米率(MR)的QTL,因此该研究的结果可以为水稻碾磨品质的改良提供理论指导。
With Asominori as female parent and IR24 as male parent, a population of 71 recombinant inbred lines (RIL)were constructed through single seed descent. A QTL analysis for percentage of brown rice (BR)and head milled rice (MR)together with grinding quality were further continued based on two ecological environments with different thermal conditions in Guizhou.The results showed that the grinding quality of rice was controlled by more than one QTL and closely related with environmental factors which also had a great effect on both BR and MR;QTLs responsible for percentage of BR and MR were both identified in chromosome 2 between G1185 and C 1236 regional fragments. Therefore, our research could provide a theoretical guide for the improvement of grinding quality of rice.
