A number of resesrchers pay attention to new hypothesis of spinal manipulation. Its significant concept--subluxation has always been a controversial issue. There are two essential clinical characteristics about subluxation : one is change of anatomical position of joints, and the other is hypomobility of the joints. But, there isn' t an effective animal model of subluxation. This article will introduce an external link fixation system and its evaluation method for rat model of subluxation.
