汉防己甲素(又称粉防己碱,Tetrandrine,Tet),是从防己科千金藤属植物粉防己的根块中提取出的一种双苄基异喹啉类生物碱,是粉防己的主要有效成分。Tet是一种钙离子拮抗剂,影响钙离子的跨膜转运以及自细胞内的分布利用。Tet可用于治疗高血压、矽肺和关节炎等。此外,Tet还具有保护肝细胞、抗肝纤维化、降低门静脉高压及防治门脉高压、抗肿瘤、逆转耐药等方面的作用。本文综述了近年来国内外对Tet的生物活性及药理活性方面的研究进展,使Tet的药用价值得到进一步的认识,提示了其具备很高的临床潜在价值,但它的抗肿瘤的作用机制及临床应用还需进行深入研究。
Ancient Chinese medicine Tetrandrine (Tet),a class of bisbenzylisoquinoline extracted from the root tuber of Stephania tetrandra S.Moore,is considered to have major biological activities.As is known to all,Tet can exhibit the inhibitory effects on various types of diseases,including hypertension,pneumosilicosis,and arthrophlogosis.Tet also has favorable perspectives in protecting hepatic cells,resisting hepatic fibrosis,lowering portal hypertension,inducing apoptosis of tumor cells and reversing multidrug resistance.In this review,we summarize evidence-based in vivo and in vitro studies on all these aspects of pharmacological effects of Tet.
