基于生命周期评价理论,对山东某沼气工程进行了能效评价。研究得出,该沼气工程生命周期总能耗(折合标准煤)为561471.47 kg/a(11.54 kg/GJ),其中,化石能耗占96.62%;节能量为1100271.42 kg/a;生命周期综合能源利用率为61.82%;生命周期新水耗量为26 552.56 m^3/a。利用SimaPro 8.0.2软件,采用生态指数法分析得出,该沼气工程生命周期产生的环境影响为364.3033 kPt/a(7.480 5 Pt/GJ);通过情景分析得出,沼气工程的环境损害减弱能力为191.8052 kPt/a(34.49%)。针对该沼气工程存在的一些问题,提出了开发沼液综合利用技术等建议,为提高沼气工程能效、减少环境损害提供理论参考。
The energy efficiency evaluation for biogas project in Shandong province,which studiedbased on the theory of life cycle assessment. Study concluded that the total energy consumption in the life cycle of this biogas project was 561 471.47 kgce/a(11.54 kgce/GJ),the fossil energy consumption accounted for 96.62%.The amount of energy saving was 1 100 271.42 kgce/a.The rate of integrated energy utilizationwas 61.82% in life cycle. The consumption of new water was 26 552.56 m^3/a in life cycle. The environmental impact of the biogas projectwas 364.303 3 kPt/a(7.480 5 Pt/GJ) in life cycle,by using the software of SimaPro 8.0.2 with the method of ecological index. The capacity of biogas engineering for reduce the damage to the environment was 191.805 2 kPt/a(34.49%), thatwas concluded by the scenario analysis. Contrapose those problem, such as conveying system leaked seriously(21.86%of energy output,14.15% of environmental damage) for the biogas project, the ability of deslagging was insufficiency, the energy consumption for heating fermentation system was larger(47.49% of total energy consumption), the treatment and using way for biogas slurry,that were single and backward. Put forward some proposal,such as increase investment in scientific research,improve the performance of engineering equipment,and improvement project was also introduced the development of new energy and new materials,as well as comprehensive utilization technology for biogas slurry of advice. Provide the theoretical reference for that,to improve the energy efficiency of biogas engineering,reduce environmental damage.
