Based on the theory of L-shaped tile and prime number theory,it is provedthat N（2 500 139） is 9-tight,while N（t）=3t2＋4t-2 222 698.An infinite family of 9-tight optimal double loop networks with a parameter is further derived.With these results,some errata in the bibliography are corrected.
