A reverse Hilbert's inequality of bi-parameter type was investigated by introducing two parameters λ1 and λ2,using weight function and the method of real analysis.A reverse Hilbert-type integral inequality with several parameters was obtained,and its constant factors was proved to be the optimum value.As its application,the authors have built its equivalent form and the corresponding to the double series inequalities.
