Because of great differences between the Chinese language and foreign students' native languages on pronundation, grammar, writing and so on, there are no teaching material which is fit to all foreign students. The demand of compiling the Teaching material of regionalized Chinese as a foreign language is more and more strong. Here take Thai studying the Chinese language as an example, by investigating and researching teaching process, we concluded that compiling the Teaching material of regionalized Chinese as a foreign language should abide by communication principles, and should reflect regional features, characteristics of the times and Characteristics of Culture.
