本文从梳理次贷危机的形成要素出发，运用系统科学的思想和方法对产生次贷危机的深层次原因进行讨论，分析透过次贷危机反应出来的世界经济系统的演化规律。本文认为基于信息技术的金融业过度发展强化了世界经济系统的复杂性，加大了世界经济系统的整体风险，而这种过度发展是当代国际经济分工的必然结果，这次次贷危机本身是当代国际经济新格局发展过程中的一次大调整。
英文摘要：
Starting with summarizing the main factors in the sub-prime mortgage crisis, the paper presents a comprehensive analysis for the fundamental force behind the crisis and the evolution road of international economic system reflected by the crisis, in the view of systems science. The paper concludes that the over-development of financial systems which is based on the modern IT technology has strengthened the complexity of the international economic system, and enlarged the whole system risk. But the over-development is a natural result of modern international economic pattern, and the crisis is just a huge adjustment in the modern international economic pattern.
