目的：观察石榴皮软膏治疗特应性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法：将60例特应性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例，治疗组予石榴皮软膏治疗，对照组予软膏基质治疗。两组均口服地氯雷他定片治疗。治疗2周后观察皮损及皮肤干燥改善程度。结果：第3、7、14天治疗组皮肤干燥改善程度总改善率为53．33％、83．33％、96．67％，各时间点间比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组第3、7、14天皮损改善程度比较，总有效率治疗组分别为63．33％、86．67％、96．67％，对照组分别为56．67％、63．33％、70．00％，治疗第3天组间比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），治疗第7、14天治疗组均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：石榴皮软膏治疗特应性皮炎起效快、疗效佳、安全性好。

英文摘要：

Objective ：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of pomegranate rind ointment in the treatment of atopic dermatitis. Methods：Sixty patients with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group （n = 30） and control group （n = 30）. The treatment group was given pomegranate rind ointment,while the control group was given ointment base. In addition,both groups received oral desloratadine tablets. After two weeks of treatment,the improvements in skin lesions and xerosis cuffs were evaluated. Results：On days 3,7, and 14,the rates of improvement in xerosis curls for the treatment group were 53.33% ,83.33%, and 96. 67%, respectively, with significant differences between them （P 〈0. 05） ;the rates of improvement in skin lesions for the treatment group were 63. 33% ,86. 67%, and 96. 67%, respectively, versus 56. 67% ,63.33 %, and 70. 00% for the control group, without significant difference on day 3 （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but with significant differences on days 7 and 14 （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Pomegranate rind ointment has rapid onset, good efficacy, and high safety in the treatment of atooic dermatitis.
