采用静电纺丝法制备了聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)纳米纤维,讨论了主要工艺参数(包括溶液浓度、纺丝电压和距离)对纤维形貌和直径的影响。采用扫描电镜(sEM)观察了PBT纤维的表面形貌,结果表明,当质量分数为9%~18%、纺丝电压为12~21kV、纺丝距离为11~20cm时,PBT溶液具有可纺性。分别采用热重-差热(TG-DTA)分析、X射线衍射和单轴拉力测试表征了纤维性能,发现PBT纤维具有一定的耐热性和较好的力学性能,电纺中可发生部分结晶。
Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) nanofibers were fabricated by electrospinning. The effects of processing parameters (including solution concentration, voltage and distance) on the morphology and diameter of the fibers were discussed. The surface morphology of PBT nanofibers was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The results showed that the reasonable conditions were 9%--18% (concentration), 12--21kV (voltage), and 11--20cm (distance). Then, the fiber mats were characterized by TG-DTA analysis, X-ray diffraction and uniaxial tensile test. It was found that the PBT nanofibers had good heat resistance and mechanical properties, and could be partially crystallized in the electrospinning process.
