采用并列型静电纺丝法成功制备出新型的扭曲螺旋结构的复合微/纳米纤维。主要使用扫描电镜、Smile View图像分析软件对样品的微观形貌及结构进行了表征和分析。分析结果表明,高收缩性聚酯弹性体TPEE和相对收缩率较低的PBT,在并列型电纺过程中因断裂伸长率不同产生不同程度的收缩,从而形成三维扭曲螺旋结构的复合纤维。所得纤维是表面具有刺状突起的扭曲螺旋结构的复合微/纳米纤维,纤维直径约1μm,表面刺状突起约300nm。
Newly self-crimp composite nanofibers were successfully synthesized via side-by-side electrospinning technique. The morphology and mierostructure of the compound nanofibers were studied and analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Smile View. The results showed that thermoplastic ester elastomer TPEE and polybutylece terephthalate PBT, as different shrinkage, caused different shrink and formed 3D self-crimp composite nanofibers in side-by-side eleetrospinning. Nanofiber had obvious projection with the diameter of 300nm on its surface and the diameter of composite nanofiber was about 1μm.
