半导体纳米纤维材料由于具有良好的光催化性能,在纳米材料领域和光催化领域中得到了广泛的研究。简要介绍了纳米纤维材料制备的常用方法,有溶胶一凝胶法、水热法、模板法、两步合成法、海岛型双组分复合纺丝法和静电纺丝法等。围绕以下几个方面着重论述了半导体纳米纤维材料在光催化领域中的研究现状:其它元素的单掺杂或共掺杂可以不同程度地提高半导体材料的光催化活性;加入铁磁性物质使其具有可回收性;将纳米材料光催化剂涂覆在某种有机物上可以增强其力学强度。最后提出了光催化纳米纤维材料存在的问题,并展望其未来的发展趋势。
Semiconductor nanofibers have been seen tremendous research in the fields of nanomaterials and photocatalysis because of their high photocatalytic activity. The methods for preparing nanofiber materials are briefly reviewed as follows: the sol-gel process, hydrothermal method, template method, two-step synthesis, sea-island composite spinning, electrospinning and so on. The research progresses of nanofiber materials in the field of photocatalysis are mianly explicated in the following aspects: the photocatalytic activities of semiconductor materials can be improved in various degrees by single-doping or codoping other elements; adding ferromagnetic materials to semiconductor materials can make them recycled; nanofiber photocatalysis coated on some organic matter can enhance their mechanical strength. Finally, the problems in photocatalytic nanofiber material are proposed and the future development of the nanofibers photocatalysis is prospected.
