Induce the concept of basic public services accessibility, discuss how to select corresponding ac- cessibility evaluation factors of different facilities, and introduce the main measurement approaches of basic public services accessibility and their application including potential model, two-step floating catchment area method, ker- nel density method and other methods based on time-geography. Based on the review of domestic relative research, point out that our country scholars should give further attention to the following perspectisves：accessibility measure- ment based on individual activity, integrated accessibility to multiple basic public services, and basic public services accessibility in rural area.
