地面标记器是管道内在线检测系统的重要组成部分,应用该系统可以实现对管道缺陷的精确定位。当管道内检测装置运行过程中被卡堵后对其准确定位是管道内检测的重要保证。基于此,创新性地将微声矢量传感器应用于地面标记系统。首先,针对应用的土壤环境进行分析,结合声波在土壤中衰减快的传播特性,对微声矢量传感器的结构进行了优化设计,提出了橘瓣式封装结构,传感器的灵敏度达到60 mV/gn。由于管线走向由管道桩可以事先确定,因此,实现对声源目标的定向结合管线走向便可对卡堵后发声的内检测装置进行定位。模拟实验表明:微矢量声传感器对声源目标定向平均误差小于5°。
The ground marker is an important part of pipeline on-line inspection system,using this system can realize precise localization of pipeline defect.Accurate localization is an important guarantee for the pipeline when the detection device is blocked on the pipeline.Based on this,innovative ground marking system based on micro acoustic vector sensor is put forward.Firstly,application of soil environment is analyzed,and then combine with the fast propagation characteristics in soil,optimal design on micro acoustic vector sensor is carried out,and the orange petal type packaging structure is proposed and the sensitivity is 60mV/gn.The direction of pipeline can be determined by the pipe pile in advance,thus,it can achieve positioning for the inspection device.Simulation experiment shows that the average error of the sound source target direction is less than 5°.
