长期以来,能量交付能力即能量可实现性问题是电力系统经济调度模型中未予以足够重视的问题,近年已逐渐引起重视。针对上述问题,建立了一种全新的、考虑能量误差约束的电厂最优电量分配模型。基于新模型的解能更好地保证系统各时段的供电能量平衡,且优化后的机组出力曲线能够使机组向电网可靠供电,操作性强;新模型以总煤耗成本最低为优化目标,采用序列二次规划方法求解;初步的算例测试结果表明,新模型能够提供更为合理、可行且总煤耗成本更低的机组出力曲线。
The problems of energy delivery capacity and realizability have long been neglected in the mathematical formulation of economic dispatch of power systems. In recent years, however, the problems have drawn much attention of researchers in the related fields. A new model of economic dispatch in thermal power plant was established. The problem of :energy balance was formulated and the optimal generation schedule of each unit was obtained. The realizable and balanced power supply was guaranteed since the schedule generated based on the new model was energy realizable. The problem was solved by the sequential quadratic programming algorithm. Preliminary numerical testing is performed and the results show that the solution based on the new model is more practical and realizable in comparison with those based on the traditional economic dispatch formulation.
