提出了学研方的知识输出能力、产方的组织学习能力、成员互动性、产学研联盟自组织性等四个因素对知识转移绩效影响的研究假设和理论模型,并通过问卷调查,收集了228份有效问卷,运用结构方程模型(SEM)对所建立的理论模型和研究假设进行检验,研究表明,知识输出能力、组织学习能力对成员互动性、自组织性都有显著的正向影响,而组织学习能力、成员互动性、自组织性对知识转移绩效有显著的正向影响,但知识输出能力对知识转移绩效的直接影响不显著。
This paper suggests hypotheses on relationships between knowledge transfer capability, organizational learning capability, interaction, self-organization and knowledge transfer performance, establishing the theoretical model. By questionnaire survey, we collected 228 valid questionnaires, examined the hypotheses and theoretical model by structural equation model. The result indicates that, knowledge transfer capability and organizational learning capability positively and significantly influence interaction and self-organization. Moreover, organizational learning capability, interaction and self-organization have a positive influence on knowledge transfer performance. However, the direct impact of knowledge transfer capability on knowledge transfer performance is not significant.
