This article discusses the problems existing in college information resources construction as well as cloud computing and its role and advantages in college information resources construction. We constructed a cloud platform of college information resources, and this article analyzes the structure and realization of this cloud platform in the hope of providing reference for co-construction and sharing of college information resources.
