为了解水杨酸对彩色马蹄莲种球膨大的影响,结合喷施和浸球两种处理方式,研究了不同浓度水杨酸对Florex Gold和Dominique两个品种种球直径、芽眼数、鲜重、碳水化合物和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明:水杨酸处理对彩色马蹄莲种球的膨大有一定的促进作用,表现为其各项指标随水杨酸处理浓度的增加而增加,达到最大值后,随处理浓度的增加而减小;在设计浓度下,Florex Gold品种在0.5 g/L喷施处理下表现最好,Dominique品种在0.3 g/L喷施处理下表现最佳;就两种处理方式来看,喷施处理优于浸球处理。在大田栽培条件下,0.3-0.5 g/L水杨酸进行叶面喷施有助于彩色马蹄莲种球的膨大。
In order to understand the effects of salicylic acid on the tuber development of calla lily(Zantedeschia hybrida),two kinds of salicylic acid treatment,foliar spraying and tuber dipping,were designed with different contamination levels,treated on two varieties of calla lily 'Florex Gold' and 'Dominique'.The ball diameter,have-eyes number,fresh weight,carbohydrate and soluble protein content of tuber were observed.The results showed that salicylic acid had promotive effect on the tuber development.The various indexes of the tuber increased with the salicylic acid density increasing,until the density reached the maximum,after that,the indexes decreased.In the designed concentrations,'Florex Gold' in 0.5 g/L spraying treatment had best performance,while 'Dominique' showed best in 0.3 g/L spraying.The effect of foliar spraying was better than that of tuber dipping.Therefore,during field planting conditions,to spray the 0.3-0.5 g/L salicylic acid on the foliar of calla lily,will conduce to the tuber development and presentation.
