以含磷酸的蚀刻废酸为原料,分别以碳酸钙和氢氧化钙作沉淀剂,采用分步沉淀法制备饲料级磷酸氢钙,考察pH值、Ca/P物质量比、反应时间、温度、搅拌速率对产率的影响,借助于红外光谱仪和X-射线衍射仪及紫外分光光度计对所制备产品表征,并采用国标《饲料级磷酸氢钙》(GB/T22549—2008)检测标准对最终产品进行检测。结果表明,制备高纯度的饲料级磷酸氢钙的优化反应条件为搅拌速率400r/min,pH6,反应温度60℃,在此条件下,制得的磷酸氢钙产率为75%,产品达到饲料级磷酸氢钙的国家标准。
Mixed wastewater of etching was reused to fabricate feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate, with calcarea carbonica and calcium hydroxide as precipitator. Effects of pH value, Ca/P quality ratio, reaction time, reaction temperature and mixing speed on product quality were investigated respectively. The resultant products were characterized by infrared spectroscopic analysis, X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet spectrophotometer and GB/T22549-2008 National Detection Standard of Feed-grade Calcium Hydrogen Phosphate. The final results showed that high purity of feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate was obtained at the optimum preparation conditions as 400 r/min, 60℃ and pH 6. Under these conditions, the yield of feed-grade calcium hydrogen phosphate was about 75%, and the products met the national standards.
