共同体的实现是社区营造永恒追求的目标.受现代化发展元素的冲击,传统生活共同体逐渐开始消解.城市新建社区作为城镇人口未来居住的主体形态,是否能够重新唤起共同体的觉醒是本文探讨的核心话题.通过对苏州工业园区H社区新邻里视域下的社区营造经验探索,发现城市新建社区存在共同体复归的可能,并且在目标定位、组织依托、主体推动、活动承载、秩序维系等五项维度上,为我们营造共同体的形态格局带来了启示.研究表明：共同体营造应以邻里关系的唤醒与重构作为行动起点;社区工作者的服务理念、动员策略与能力培育是共同体营造的牵引动力;实现以人的本性回归为特征社区生活图景则是社区营造的真正归宿.
英文摘要：
The community is the etemal goal to pursue in managing neighborhood communities. Impacted by the speedy development of modernization, the traditional life community has begun to disintegrate gradually. Whether or not the newly built communities, the main form for urban inhabitation, can arouse the awakening of the traditional community is the core issue discussed in this paper. By exploring the ＂New Neighborhood＂ development of H com- munity in Suzhou Industrial Park, it found the possibilities of the return of the new city community, and implications for developing community patterns in terms of goals, organizations, promotions, activities, and orders. It also showed that the community development should start from awakening and building up the neighborhood relationship, be powered by mobilization strategies and capability cultivations, and be destined to the community life picture charac- terized by the return of human nature.
