环卫工人为城市的洁净、美丽作出了巨大贡献,而其职业认同是促进职业实践、保持职业热情的关键。根据对南京市300名环卫工人的调查,借用描述统计和阶层回归分析发现：环卫工人的职业认同已经达到＂中等化水平＂,但在各子维度上表现出一定的差异性,其中职业情感部分最差;影响其职业认同的因素有年龄、文化程度,职业维度中的工作量、工作环境和福利待遇,社会支持维度中的子女、居民和上级支持;另外,社会支持维度的影响力明显高于其他维度。因此,在改善环卫工人工资待遇的同时,政府和社会各界应该给予其广泛的社会支持。
英文摘要：
Sanitary workers make great contribution to the cleanness and beauty of cities.Professional identity is the key factor to promote professional practice and maintain working enthusiasm. With the methods of descriptive statistics and hierarchical progression,a survey aiming at 300 sanitary workers in Nanjing found that the status of sanitary workers＂ professional identity has reached the ＂moderate level＂.However it shows some differences in each dimension,among which professional emotion is the worst.The factors influencing professional identity include three aspects.age and education, workload, working environment and welfare benefits in professional dimension; children, community residents and supervisors in dimension of social support. In addition,social support has more effects than other dimensions.Therefore,in addition to improving the wage of sanitary workers, the government and the society should give them an extensive social support.
