本文主要研究利用超声波提取叶绿素。并且对超声提取法和单纯浸泡法作了比较,同时,分析了叶绿素提取效率对时间的依赖性。实验结果显示,用超声来提取绿色植物中的叶绿素,可以增大提取率,缩短提取时间。
In this article, it has been studied that the chlorophyll was extracted by ultrasonic wave from green plant, comparing ultrasortie extracting method with simple - soaking method, meanwhile, analyzing the dependence of extracting rate of chlorophyll on the time, The experimental results showed that extracting chlorophyll by ultrasonic wave from green plant could increase extracting rate and shorten extracting time.
