目的阐释生理状态下针刺对大鼠肺组织基因表达谱的影响。方法利用正常组和针刺组的大鼠肺组织基因表达连续分析(SAGE)标签数据库,对差异表达标签进行基因系统分类和分析。结果正常组和针刺组相比共获得144个差异表达标签,分属于细胞生物合成过程、细胞脂类代谢过程、物质转运等6个DAVID基因分类。结论生理状态下针刺基础背景作用是一个包含蛋白、酶、RNA、脂类等生物大分子合成和代谢以及物质转运的生物过程。
Objective To explain the effect of acupuncture on rat lung gene expression profiles in physiological status. Methods Systematic gene classification and analysis of different expression tags were made using the (SAGE) tag database of serial analysis of rat lung gene expression in normal and acupuncture groups. Results A total of 144 difference expression tags were obtained as the normal group was compared with the acupuncture group. They fell into six DAVID gene categories such as cellular biosynthesis, cellular lipid metabolism and material transport, respectively. Conclusion The basic background effect of acupuncture in physiological status is a bioprocess including the synthesis and metabolism of biomacromolecules such as protein, enzyme, RNA and lipids, and material transport.
