目的:探索针刺抗哮喘大鼠血清差异组份的研究方法。方法:用蛋白质SDS-PAGE技术,对针刺抗哮喘血清进行组份差异分析。结果:SDS—PAGE电泳显示了针刺与不针刺血清中差异蛋白的存在:1)与正常对照组相比,ADXAcup组血清组份Ⅰ和Asthma_Acup组血清组份Ⅰ,均有一染色增高条带,其分子量为62.1kDa;2)与正常对照组相比,ADXAcup组血清组份Ⅲ有二条染色增高条带,其分子量分别为36.1kDa、12.3kDa;3)与正常对照组相比,ADXAcup组血清组份Ⅲ有一条染色降低条带,其分子量为34.6kDa。提示针刺对血清蛋白具有上调和下调的双向调节作用。结论:针刺抗哮喘大鼠血清中存在不同的差异组份。针刺对血清蛋白具有上调和下调的双向调节作用。
Objective: To explore a method of analyzing the components of anti-asthma activity in serum derived from rats treated with acupuncture. Methods: SDS-PAGE was used to analyze the diversity of the components of serum derived from rats treated with or without acupuncture treatment. Results: SDS-PAGE images displayed that there are one deeply dyed band, whose molecular weight is 62.1 kDa, in the component I from asthma acupuncture group and ADX-asthma acupuncture group, two deeply dyed bands, whose molecular weight are 36. lkDa and 12.3 kDa, respectively, in the component Ⅲ of ADX-asthma acupuncture group, and one dyed band, whose molecular weight is 34.6 kDa, in the segment Ⅲ of ADX-asthma acupuncture group. Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment could produce different components in the serum of rats, and may have bidirectional regulation on protein components in serum.
