目的设计大鼠针刺置高台固定方法,以避免因束缚固定而引起的束缚应激对针刺效应的干扰。方法采用束缚固定与置高台固定,以大鼠1型糖尿病模型为实验对象,观察束缚固定与置高台固定下针刺对糖尿病大鼠血糖的影响。结果束缚固定法对模型大鼠血糖有明显影响(P〈0.05),置高台固定法对模型大鼠血糖的影响不明显(P〉0.05)。束缚-针刺与置高台-针刺均可明显降低模型大鼠血糖水平(P〈0.05),但两者对大鼠血糖的平均影响率差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论较束缚固定法,大鼠置高台固定法能有效地减少束缚应激对动物模型与针刺效应的影响,可用于大鼠针刺时的固定。此固定方法较适合于选取大鼠头背部、四肢外侧的穴位进行针刺。
Objective To devise a method of placing a rat on an elevated platform for acupuncture to avoid the interference of binding fixation-caused restraint stress in acupuncture effect. Method Binding fixation and elevated platform placement were performed. Rats with type I diabetes were used as subjects. The effect of acupuncture on blood sugar was observed in diabetic rats during binding fixation and elevated platform placement. Result Binding fixation had a significant effect on rat blood sugar (P〈 0.05) but elevated platform placemen did not (P〉0.05). Both binding fixation-acupuncture and elevated platform placement- acupuncture decreased significantly rat blood sugar levels (P〈0.05) but there was a statistically significant differenfe in the average efficacy rate for rat blood sugar between the two (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compared with binding fixation, elevated platform placement can effectively reduce the influence of restraint stress on rats and acupuncture effect. It can be used for placing rats during acupuncture. This method is suitable for acupuncture at points on rat head, back and lateral parts of limbs.
