针对以前生产卷烟的卷制成型设备采用传统的继电接触器控制装置,导致系统稳定性和灵活性差等弊端,设计了以德国西门子PLC S7-400为控制核心的YJ17卷制成型机电控系统.利用PLC内部的纸盘转换程序、启动程序、停机程序、故障处理程序等去驱动外部的电气设备,实现接纸控制、上胶控制、烟条监测控制、故障显示功能等.结果表明,整个系统具有稳定性好、结构合理、性价比高等特点.目前,YJ17卷制成型机额定生产能力已达到7 000支/min,成为国内主流的生产卷烟的高速卷制成型设备.

英文摘要：

Aiming to solve the disadvantages related with stability and flexibility in traditional cigarette production devices which used traditional relay contactor,a new control device named as YJ17 was designed by using German SIEMENS S7-400 PLC,which can realize paper control,glue control,monitoring control,fault display function etc.,by using the programs in inner PLC,such as paper tray conversion program,startup and shutdown procedure as well as fault processor. It turns out the machine is stable with reasonable structure and high performance-to-price ratio,which can produce 7000 cigarettes per minute and has become the mainstream in the domestic cigarette production.
