移动台TDOA双曲定位是无线通信中的一项重要技术;在现实中可以将免疫算法应用在这项技术当中。由于标准免疫算法采用二进制编码,在高维数问题求解时精度不高,求解时间长。为此,提出一种基于实数编码的多映射免疫算法的TDOA双曲定位技术,用多映射混沌理论对免疫算法进行改进,主要包括混沌映射、克隆、变异、选择等步骤。经仿真实验结果验证了改进的多映射免疫算法相对于标准免疫算法来说更容易找到全局最优解,不易陷入局部极值,且收敛速度快,个体不出现退化现象。表明了基于改进的实数编码的免疫算法在TDOA双曲定位技术的切实可行性和实用性,且具有很好的推广能力。
The TDOA hyperbola location of mobile station is one of the key technologies in wireless communication,and the Immune Algorithm(IA) can be used in this technology.The standard IA was encoded with binary,and the solution of the problem which in high dimension have a lower precision and the running time is very long.So it is introduced an improved real-valued Multi-Map Immune Algorithm(MMIA),which improved the immune algorithm with multi-map chaos theory,including chaos mapping,clone,maturation,selection and so on.Compared with the simple IA,the results of the simulation examples show that the improved MMIA can get the global optimal solution easily,not likely to fall into the local optimal solution,and have high convergence speed,and the individuals are all evolutionary.The TDOA hyperbola location of mobile station technique based on real-valued MMIA is feasible and practical,and it has very good ability to promote.
