In order to deal with the problem about comprehensive evaluation in the competitive results of the labor union, an approach based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) is presented, which includes decision of weights of competitive items, quantization of competitive results and comprehensive evaluation. The actual application shows the FAHP can reduce the effects which subj ective factors bring on the result of evaluation as effectively as possible, and decide the weights of competitive item reasonably. With quantization matrix on competitive results, FAHP can make the result of comprehensive evaluation scientific and credible.
