根据科学发展观的内涵,首先,利用"驱动力-压力-状态-影响-响应(DPSIR)"五因素模型的框架构建了生态系统综合评价指标体系;然后,运用G1法和变异系数法分别确定指标的主观和客观权重;最后,运用离差最大化的思想通过一个最优规划模型来确定出主客观的最优权重,建立综合评价模型。同时,对我国10个副省级城市的生态系统进行了实证分析,并有针对性地提出了政策建议。
According to the connotation of scientific development view of insisting on human-oriented,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,this paper constructs the ecosystem comprehensive evaluation index system using driver-pressure-state-impacts-response(DPSIR) framework.The evaluation model is established using the G1 method and variation coefficient method to determine the subject and object weight of index.And based on maximizing deviations principle,an optimal programming model is proposed in order to determine combined weights.The paper finally uses empirical analysis to analyze the ecological conditions of 10 typical deputy provincial cities.
