目的探讨PICC电子追溯系统在PICC管理中的应用效果。方法自行开发PICC电子追溯系统,利用该系统对PICC置管与维护全程进行追踪管理并定期发送短信为患者提供延续性护理。结果实施PICC电子追溯系统管理后,PICC置管并发症发生率显著降低,患者满意率显著提高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论 PICC电子追溯系统的应用使PICC管理更加科学、规范,有利于提高静脉治疗护理质量。
英文摘要：
Objective To explore the effect of applying an electronic tracking system in PICC management.Methods An electronic tracking system was developed,and used to track the whole life cycle of PICC lines and send text messages to provide continuity of care for patients.Results The incidence rates of PICC complications were lower and patient satisfaction was higher than before（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The electronic tracking system helps standardize PICC management and improve the quality of IV therapy.
