In the college life,dormitory is not only a place for students to rest,but also a place for their learning,living,entertainment and communication; at the same time,dormitory is also the important place of ideological and political education for college students. However,with the development of social reform of logistical management in universities,the role dormitory played in colleges and universities changed. The report of the 17 th CPC National Congress says clearly that we should ＂take strengthening morality education as the fundamental task of education＂,which directs us to establish dormitory culture accordingly to ensure the environment for the comprehensive development of the students.
