The subject of estimating human capital level becomes important along with the human capital is accepted as a key factor in numerous empirical researches. In this article, we give a brief induction of representative method on human capital estimation. An overview is presented by introducing and comparing these methods from the aspects of theoretical foundation, ideology and concrete operations.
