本文利用2012年杭州市企业调查数据,实证分析了工资集体协商制度与企业雇佣量之间的关系。研究结果发现,该制度对扩大企业雇佣规模整体上有显著且稳健的正效应,且内生性检验表明企业实施该制度与否不存在统计上显著的自选择。进一步分类别估计显示,这种正效应主要集中在民营企业、制造业企业和低经营收入企业,在其他类别企业则未发现显著影响。
Based on enterprise survey data in Hangzhou in 2012, this paper empirically studies the relationship between collective wage consultation system and enterprise employment scale .It finds that the system has a significant and steady posi-tive effect on expanding the scale of employment .An endogenous test shows that there is no significant self-selectivity whether enterprises implement the system or not .Further analyses find that this positive effect exists mainly in private , manufacturing , and low-operating revenue enterprises , and the system has no significant effect in enterprises of other types .
