目的:了解以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在泌尿外科住院医师规范培训中的应用效果。方法:回顾分析2013年9月至2015年12月于南京医科大学第一附属医院泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训学员79人教学效果,其中2014年9月以前学员33人,2014年9月以后学员46人,2014年以后学员为CBL教学组。通过三基理论测试、实践技能考核进行教学效果评估。结果:理论成绩CBL组均分92.7显著高于传统组79.6(P〈0.001);技能操作CBL组均分76.2显著高于传统组67.6(P〈0.001)。结论:CBL教学在泌尿外科住院医师规范培训中的应用效果是值得肯定的,且极大提高了学员的学习兴趣及学习能力。
Objective To examine the effect of case-based learning (CBL)method on the course of urology resident standardizing training. Methods We enrolled 79 residents who had studied in The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.The included doctors were assigned into CBL group (n=46)and traditional group (n=33).The teaching effects of two groups were compared by test results.Results Doctors in CBL group got higher theory scores and skills scores than traditional group. Conclusion The CBL teaching method can improve efficiency teaching laparoseopie technique for trainee urologists, and help them develop study interests and ability.
