目的:评估可视喉镜在气管插管教学中的优势。方法:对临床医学本科实习生分别采用传统喉镜和可视喉镜进行气管插管教学,通过比较学生掌握技术所需时间、尝试次数以及问卷满意度,评估教学效果。结果:采用可视喉镜进行教学可以显著缩短学生掌握技术所需时间,减少尝试次数,并且满意度明显增高。结论:可视喉镜作为可视化教学手段可以提高临床医学实习生麻醉教学的效率和效果。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of video laryngoscopy in clinical anesthesia teaching with tracheal intubation.Methods:The clinical undergraduate trainees were assessed with the time cost which the trainee getting success,the times they've tried and questionnaire after teaching for the effect of tracheal intubation by video laryngoscopy(Glidescope)compared with traditional laryngoscopy(Macintosh laryngoscopy).Results:The trainees taught with Glidescope behaved better than those with Macintosh which spent obviously short time and had less try as well as higher satisfaction.Conclusion:Video laryngoscopy is effective for clinical anesthesia teaching with tracheal intubation in undergraduate trainees.
