Desirability and confidentiality of arbitration cause serious asymmetry of information, so it is difficult for the third party to know whether the arbitration award or mediation agreement has infringed upon the legitimate rights and interests or not, and to take rights protection measures by using the existing systems to bypass the parties involved. Therefore, the third party＇s arbitration revocation should be added to the protection system for the third party, so the third party＇s rights can get effective protection when the parties involved reject to fulfill the arbitration award before the case enters the enforcement stage.
