Aiming at the present situation of the traditional Chinese medicine concentrated decocting, the article elaborates the objectives, meaning and principles of the research of the guideline for the construction of the traditional Chinese medicine decocting management and quality control system. It describes the decocting management system technology architecture, basic system function and IT technology and so on, and introduces the deployment and application in our hospital. The result of the research formulates the construction specifications of traditional Chinese medicine decocting management system, makes up for the lack of standard system. The system has achieved the information management of the whole process of traditional Chinese medicine decocting, greatly improved the working efficiency and the quality of decoction, and has provided and ensured the scientific and systematic management of traditional Chinese medicine decocting.
