研究了压痕试验方法在果蔬生物力学性质测试中的应用,运用INSTRON材料性能试验机采用平板压头和圆锥形压头对选取的果蔬品种(苹果、土豆等)进行压痕力学性质试验,测定了不同果蔬品种在弹性范围内的压痕变形和弹性模量之间的关系,比较在不同压头情况下弹性模量随压痕变形的变化规律,得到二者之间的数学关系。以数学模型为基础标定出用压痕变形来表达果蔬材料力学性质的对应关系,为果蔬材料力学性质的测量寻求一种新的快速测试方法,为果蔬的生物力学性质的研究提供基础支持。
Based on the indentation method which is used for the application of the fruits and vegetables biomechanical properties test, authors tested the indentation mechanical properties of selected fruits and vegetables with the flat-plate indenter and cone-shaped indenter by INSTRON tester, determined the relationship of different fruits and vegetables between the indentation deformation and elastic modulus in the elastic range. In this paper, the elastic modulus variation laws of the indentation deformation were compared, the mathematical relationship was obtained. According to the mathematical model, the indentation deformation was adopted in token of the materials mechanics in order to establish a new means for short-term testing the materials mechanics of fruits and vegetables. The indentation method provided the foundation support for the research of the fruits and vegetables biomechanical properties.
