屈服力、屈服极限等指标是重要的压缩特性参数,可为果实贮藏运输、品质评价、无损检测及相关装备的设计等过程提供依据,因此对不同状态下果实压缩特性研究有重要的实际意义。以苹果为试材,分别研究在2种形态下对果肉进行不同加载速率的压缩试验。结果表明,试样的压缩形态对果肉的屈服力、压缩位移、脆性及屈服能有显著影响,显著性P值均小于0.01,对屈服极限影响不显著,加载速率对所选指标均不显著影响。屈服力、脆性、屈服能和屈服极限等指标间有一定的相关性,可以作为果实品质鉴定的客观评价指标。
Indexes of the compression yield strength and yield limit are important compression feature parameters, it is of great theoretical guiding significance to the process of storage transportation and quality evaluation, and provide basis for related nondestructive testing and equipment design process. So the study of fruit compression features under different condition has important practical significance. Apple is chosen as experimental material, the compression tests have been done at different loading rate of two forms of samples. The results show that the form of sample has a significant impact on the compression yield strength, the compression displacement, brittleness and bioyield energy, but has no significant influence on the yield limit, the influence of loading rate on the selected indexes are not significant. The correlation between the yield strength, brittleness, bioyield energy and yield limit could be used as fruit quality appraisement of objective evaluation index.
