芽胞杆菌漆酶具有耐高温、适宜碱性条件的特性,是细菌漆酶的典型代表,其潜在工业化应用价值极高。枯草芽胞杆菌的芽胞外衣蛋白CotA是目前研究得最深入的细菌漆酶,其三维结构及催化机理与其他漆酶类似,但其催化部位的结构与其他漆酶差异较大。同时,近年来科研工作者们还发现了很多其他类型的芽胞杆菌漆酶。本文从结构特征、催化特性、酶学性质和应用四个方面阐述芽胞杆菌漆酶的特点及近年来的最新研究进展,并对其前景进行展望。
Bacillus laccase is highly stable in alkaline pH and high temperatures. It is a typical representative of the bacterial laccase with high industrial application values. The best-studied bacterial laccase to date is the spore coat protein CotA from Bacillus subtilis. In recent years, many other types of Bacillus laccases have also been discovered. This review covered the recent burgeoning of Bacillus laccases, their catalytic properties, structural features, enzymatic properties and applications. Furthermore. the Drosoects of future research were also discussed.
