英文摘要：

The South China Sea issue has become an international hot issue, it has a scientific guidance when we correspondingly put forward the response strategy of South China Sea issue towards exploring the complex network evolution process of the South China Sea issue. This paper mainly uses social network analysis to construct the complex network in different stages about the response of the South China Sea issue, and evaluates the interest related countries＇ status and the social capital in the network, which reaches the conclusion that it is due to China＇ s strategic strength and the changes of initiative, and at the same time some corresponding strategy solutions are put forward according to the ＂South China Sea issue＂.
