对中欧集装箱班轮航线构成及船舶运行参数进行分析,设计在北极东北航道(NSR航线)通航期内的NSR-Suez单向环绕航线.对比NSR航线、苏伊士运河航线(Suez航线)以及NSR-Suez单向环绕航线的经济性,考虑欧盟征收碳税的影响,对所得结果进行灵敏度分析.分析认为,NSR-Suez单向环绕航线能兼顾NSR航线与Suez航线的优势,在全年经济测算中必要运费率最低、经济效益最好.研究成果丰富了班轮航线设计、极地研究的相关理论,既可为周期性通航航道班轮航线规划问题的解决提供理论参考,也可为我国北极航线相关决策提供理论依据.
This paper analyzes the constitute of container shipping routes and the parameters of containership,and designs NSR-Suez circle route during NSR navigation period. By comparing the economy efficiency between NSR route, Suez route,and NSR-Suez circle route,and considering the effects of carbon tax introduction in EU,the sensitivity was analyzed.Results show that the NSR-Suez circle route has the advantages of both NSR route and Suez route,the lowest required freight rate and the highest profits of whole year. It also enrichs the theoretical research related Arctic and ship routing problem,which provides theoretical basis for strategic decisions of China's Arctic shipping.
