针对集卡不规律到达而导致的码头闸口与堆场拥挤问题,提出按船舶预约的集港模式,以集卡车队和码头场桥总的空耗成本最小为目标,建立集卡送箱预约优化模型。该模型利用两级排队网络描述集卡在闸口和堆场的排队过程,在考虑集卡车队和码头双方利益的情况下,确定每艘到港船舶的集港时间窗和预约份额。设计基于自适应遗传算法的求解方法,搜索最优的集港时间窗方案,以天津东方海陆集装箱码头为例,对模型和算法的有效性进行了验证。实例结果表明:集卡送箱预约优化模型可以大幅减少集卡在闸口和堆场的排队等待时间,提高场桥的利用率。
To cope with the overcrowding problem in container terminal gate and yard caused by irregular arrival of trucks,a vessel dependent truck appointment system was put forward. An optimization model for appointment of delivery trucks was established with the goal of minimizing the total waste cost of truck fleet and yard cranes. A two-level queuing network was used to describe the queuing process of trucks in terminal gate and yard. Considering the interests of truck fleet and terminal, the model determined appointment time window and appointment quota for each ship. Adaptive genetic algorithm was designed to search the optimal time windows scheme. The instance of Tianjin Oriental Container Terminal verified the effectiveness of the proposed model and algorithm. The results show that optimization model for delivery trucks appointment can dramatically reduce waiting time of trucks in terminal gate and yard, and improve the utilization rate of yard cranes.
