应用SRAP分子标记技术对6个假俭草(Eremochloa ophiuroides)优良品系和2个引进品种进行扩增扫描,从分子的角度对8份材料进行鉴定.结果表明:31对SRAP引物在8份材料中扩增出576条清晰的谱条,其中多态性条带359个,多态性比率为62.33%,8份材料间的遗传相似系数变异范围为0.6962~0.8177,平均遗传相似系数为0.7388.31对SRAP引物中有1对引物Me18Em17可以将所有材料区分开来,应用该引物的扩增谱带构建了参试材料的DNA指纹图谱,可将不同材料从DNA水平上加以区分.
Six excellent strains and two cultivars of centipederass were amplified by 31 SRAP primers. As a result, a total of 576 clear bands were detected and 359 were polymorphic with PPB (Percentage of Poly morphic Bands) at 62. 33%. The genetic similarity among eight tested materials ranged from 0. 6962 toO. 8177 with the average of 0. 7388. One primer of Me18Em17 was selected to construct DNA fingerprint of 8 tested materials. It was able to distinguish each tested cultivar from others by polymorphic bands.
