采用改进的熵值法,从资源利用、环境治理、增长质量和绿色生活四个维度对2005~2015年长江中游城市群绿色发展绩效进行系统评估。结果表明,长江中游城市群绿色发展整体呈快速上升态势,但内部分异显著,武汉城市圈和武汉、长沙、南昌三大中心城市引领长江中游城市群绿色发展;增长质量的提升是推动长江中游城市群绿色发展最重要的引擎,资源利用和环境治理的绿色发展贡献较弱;组团式集聚绿色发展是长江中游城市群绿色发展空间格局的主要演变趋势,绿色发展要素持续向中心城市和次中心城市聚集。提升长江中游城市群绿色发展绩效,必须大力推进绿色城市建设,促进园区低碳循环绿色转型发展,创新驱动产业绿色发展,加强跨区域合作联合推进污染防控,积极践行绿色生态政治。
This paper makes an overall evaluation of the UAMRY's green development's performance from 2005 to 2015 by using the advanced entropy evaluation method in four dimensions, namely resource utilization, environmental governance, growth quality and green life. The results suggest: the level of its green development presents a fast-rising trend, but the conditions of its inner parts are much different, which means the Wuhan Megalopolis and three central cities, Wuhan, Changsha and Nanchang's level are pretty higher than other districts', leading the trend of the UAMRY's green development; growth quality is the main impetus which promotes the green development, on the contrary, the resource utilization and environmental governance contribute little; the UAMRY's spatial distribution presents a typical gathering trend, the elements of green development are gradually flowing into the central cities and the secondary central cities. To make the performance of the UAMRY's green development better, we must propel the construction of green cities actively, make the industry parks low-carbon and recycling, cultivate and grow the green industries, strengthen the cooperation of the control and prevention on the environmental pollution and fulfill ~reen ecological politics positively.
