文章选取1995至2014年全国27省市数据,从发展环境、发展规模、投入水平、创新能力四个方面构建评价指标体系,基于PCA分析方法,完成27省市航空航天器及设备制造业竞争力的测算与排名。研究结果显示,长江经济带航空航天器及设备制造业竞争力整体水平位于全国领先地位,27省市竞争力水平呈现出三个层次的分化,苏赣川贵4省市为第一层,竞争力最大;鄂湘皖沪4省市为第二层,竞争力居中;渝浙云3省市为第三层,竞争力靠后。同时,动态分析表明11省市航空航天器及设备制造业竞争力全国排名与内部排名波动幅度较小,竞争力排名水平稳定。

英文摘要：

Based on the PCA analysis method,and taking the 27 provinces and cities data selected from1995 to 2014as the research samples,this paper completes the aerospace equipment manufacturing estimation and ranking of competitiveness of the 27 provinces and cities by constructing the evaluation index system from four aspects：the development environment,the development scale,the input level,and the innovation ability.The results showed that the overall competitiveness of the aerospace equipment and manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Economic Zone is at the leading position in the country.The competitiveness level of 27 provinces and municipalities presents three levels of differentiation：4provinces of Jiangsu、Jiangxi、Guizhou and Sichuan being the first tier with the maximum competitiveness while Hubei,Hunan,Anhui and Shanghai the second tier with the moderate competitiveness and Chongqing,Yunnan and Zhejiang the third tier on the last list of competitiveness.At the same time,the dynamic analysis showed that the fluctuation range of the national and internal ranking of 11 provinces is narrower and the competitiveness ranking level is stable.
