Librarians are responsible for advocating and organizing reading activities so as their own reading behavior deserves attention. In this study, the statistics of both paper-versioin and digital version professional reading materials （journals, books, newspaper, etc. ） and inepth interview have been investigated to explore the problems and shortages of reading behavior of academic librarians, as well as the habit and interest. And finally certain reading strategies have been proposed.
