目的：探讨改良洗胃法加灌注活性炭治疗有机磷农药中毒（AOPP）的效果。方法：随机将重度AOPP患者分为两组。治疗组在常规内科治疗的基础上。应用改良洗胃法加灌注活性炭并采用相应措施，对照组行常规内科治疗。结果：治疗组阿托品总用量减少，昏迷时间、住院时间均明显缩短，治愈率提高。结论；常规治疗加改良洗胃法加灌注活性炭可提高重度AOPP患者的治愈率。
英文摘要：
Objective： To investigate the effects of improved gastric lavage with perfusion of activated charcoal for treating acute severe organophosphorous pesticide poisoning（AOPP） . Methods： Patients with AOPP were randomly divided into two groups： treatment and control groups. The treatment group was given improved gastric lavage with perfusion of activated charcoal on the basis of routine medical treatment, while control group received only routine medical treatment. Results：Toltal atropine usage was decreases, both coma time and hospitalization days were shortened remarkably, and healing rate increased. Conclusion： Improved gastric lavage with perfusion of activated charcoal on the basis of routine medical treatment can increase healing rate of the patients with AOPP.
