目的:观察益生菌联合小麦纤维素对妊娠晚期便秘孕妇肠道微生物的影响,并探讨其可能机制。方法收集2012年3月-2013年10月156例妊娠晚期便秘孕妇,随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组各78例,对照组仅给予常规综合治疗,治疗组在相同常规综合治疗的基础上给予口服益生菌联合小麦纤维素治疗,在治疗前1d及治疗2周后分别检测并比较两组孕妇肠道微生物的变化,同时比较两组疗效,数据采用SPSS 16.0软件进行分析。结果治疗组孕妇治疗前乳杆菌属及肠球菌属的菌落数分别为(8.29±0.71)CFU/g及(10.26±1.12)CFU/g ,治疗后分别为(9.35±0.82)CFU/g及(11.33±1.21)CFU/g ,治疗后均较治疗前显著增加(P<0.01);治疗组孕妇酵母样真菌菌落数治疗前为(4.13±0.53)CFU/g、治疗后为(3.53±0.44)CFU/g ,治疗后较治疗前明显降低,亦较对照组治疗后明显降低(P<0.01)。结论在常规综合治疗的基础上,益生菌联合小麦纤维素可增加妊娠晚期合并便秘孕妇肠道乳杆菌属等益生菌,维持肠道微生态平衡,增加妊娠晚期便秘治疗的有效率,临床疗效确切,并安全可靠。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of probiotics combined fiberform on intestinal pathogens in third trimester pregnant women with constipation ,so as to explore and summarize the possible mechanisms .METHODS Totally 156 cases of third trimester pregnant women from Mar .2012 to Oct .2013 with constipation were collected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group .The control group (78 patients) was treated with the routine comprehensive therapy ,while the treated group (78 patients) was treated with the probiotics combined fiberform in addition to the routine comprehensive therapy .The microorganism condition of the pregnant women in the two groups were detected and compared one day before the treatment and after the two weeks treat‐ment ,so did the efficacy .All data were analyzed statistically by SPSS 16 .0 software .RESULTS The bacteria colo‐ny of Lactobacillus and Enterococcus counted(8 .29 ± 0 .71)CFU/g and(10 .26 ± 1 .12)CFU/g in the treatment group before the treatment ,while after the treatment ,the number changed to(9 .35 ± 0 .82)CFU/g and(11 .33 ± 1 .21)CFU/g ,which showed a significant rise (P〈0 .01);yeast‐like fungi in the treatment group were (4 .13 ± 0 .53)CFU/g before the treatment ,and obviously decreased to (3 .53 ± 0 .44)CFU/g after the treatment ,which were also lower than that of the control group (P〈0 .01) .CONCLUSION Compared with the routine comprehen‐sive therapy ,the probiotics combined fiberform can increase intestinal bacteria such as L actobacillus to keep a mi‐croecological balance in intestines .It can also improve the curative rate when treating constipation during third tri‐mester of pregnancy with clear and safe clinical efficacy .
